The Board of Directors of the Foundation for Abington District will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in the school district Administration Building (970 Highland Ave., Abington, PA 19001) and the public is welcome. In consideration of the health and safety of the school community, this meeting is also being broadcast live on the Abington School District YouTube channel, (www.youtube.com/AbingtonSchoolDistrict).
Comments from Citizens will be conducted in-person and live through the Zoom platform. A link to join the meeting to participate in public comment will be provided on the screen, as well as on the District website at the time of public comment. You will also be able to join the meeting by calling into the meeting on your mobile or landline phone. At the beginning of the public comment periods there will be time to allow residents and taxpayers to join the meeting virtually for the purpose of making public comment. Specific information on public participation will be presented during this meeting’s livestream on the District YouTube channel information is provided on the school district website on how to download Zoom onto your computer or phone and test your audio. There will be no video for public comment. The Board thanks the public in advance for its cooperation.
This meeting is being recorded and will be accessible on the District’s website and cable channel no later than Friday, July 2, 2021 to allow those members of the public who cannot participate to view the proceeding at a later time.
