The Board of Directors of the Foundation for Abington School District will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Due to the current disaster emergency declared by Governor Wolf by Proclamation dated March 6, 2020, and the July 15, 2020 Executive Order related thereto limiting in person gatherings, and in consideration of the health and safety of the school community, this meeting of the Foundation for Abington School District Directors will be held virtually, via a YouTube livestream. Comments from Citizens will be conducted live through the Zoom platform. A link to join the meeting to participate in public comment will be provided on the screen, as well as on the District website at the time of public comment. You will also be able to join the meeting by calling into the meeting on your mobile or landline phone. Specific information on public participation will presented during this meeting’s live stream on the District YouTube channel. Ahead of the meeting, information was provided on the school district website on how to download Zoom onto your computer or phone and test your audio. There will be no video for public comment. The Board thanks the public in advance for its cooperation.
The meeting shall be recorded and accessible on the District’s website and cable channel-posted no later than Friday, December 11, 2020 to allow those members of the public who cannot participate to review the proceeding at a later time.
